This plan is designed for those that are just getting into riding or do it as more of a recreational sport rather than competing.

This plan is also good for those using cycling as a means of exercise and to stay in shape. With the introductory plan, your plans are created monthly and do not include revisions until the next month. Communication is also done on a monthly basis.
