Performance Plan


This is designed for those interested in learning the fundamentals of training, properly configuring their device, and how to make the various training tools work for them while still receiving the same individualized touch specific to the higher tiered offerings.


Advanced Plan


This plan historically has worked well for those who are racing but is also a phenomenal price point for those interested in continuous and progressive feedback. Its immediate benefit has proven to be the elevated level of accountability and motivation from the coach. The addition of strength training makes this a well-rounded plan.


Specialized Plan


This plan is catered to the athlete that is not only interested in receiving a highly-personalized training paradigm built around their current obligations but is also looking for in-person sessions that work with their time constraints. This service tier includes in person strength training, on the road bike training, and access to group sessions being offered monthly.


Elite Plan


This plan is built for the athlete that is looking to reach their full potential while capturing the knowledge and a full understanding of the process. While it offers 4 individualized, in-person sessions per month, it’s really the elevated level of communication, mental/motivational touch, and overall refined scope of training this tier offers that’s helped all athletes maximize their available time and resources.


Premium Plan


Looking for a full fledged fitness concierge and support aid? Look no further!

This plan comes with unlimited access to your coach and an Olympic-certified nutritionist. You train, and we take care of the rest!

Powering through Mizner Park


Session that is specialized to fit your needs and goals.  A group rate is available if you have groups of 4 or more.

$40 Per Hour, Per Rider

Workout is specific to you and particular areas of opportunity as they align with your goals.  Group rates are available if you have groups of 4 or more.

$50 Per Hour, Per Rider

Will include the initial strength assessment, full workout, and will be followed up with a plan specific to your current fitness level.

$50 Per Person, Per 75-minute Session
